The Arc Vector is a state-of-the-art ultra-premium electric motorcycle - its pre-launch needed a state-of-the-art website and thinking. Stunn designed and built the site, shot hours of video and oranised and structured a £1M fundraising round and socials to support it.
Split out as a separate IP, with its designer as founder, some innovation funding and some support from JLR. Arc was to spread its wings outside of JLR and stand as a brand in its own right.
A unique bike, and a unique value proposition, it needed a website to promote the launch to prospective buyers and to build excitement around the Crowdcube campaign we helped to build in order to raise both awareness and funds for the fledging and ambitious startup.
Arc is a fully electric bike and an amazing concept - no dials, no screens; all rider information is provided in a fighter pilot style head-up display in the visor. One highlight in a mountain of innovations.
This was definitely one of the more diverse and challenging briefs. A website with a unique interface and entirely bespoke interactive elements that had to deliver on innovation in its own right but not overpower or reduce the impact of its content. Then there was the small matter of raising a seven-figure crowdfund round for a brand new, largely unknown brand, promoting a brand new platform for a barely-to-market mode of transport at an ultra-premium price point.
With just around £10K in social media advertising spend, the £1M+ funding campaign was successful, with funds pledged over targets in just a matter of weeks. A novel social media strategy, predominantly executed via Facebook, proved extremely successful and, certainly, the highest ROAS we've ever experienced on the platform.
The website has fulfilled the starting brief and still looks as fresh as the day it was built. The Vector has received fantastic critical acclaim and is now in production. A rocky road from design to production is now reaching commercial maturity, and it's a project we're very proud of.
